Meditation Challenge for all levels (from beginners to advanced)!
Only 30 mins each day: 8pm – 8.30pm (UK Time)

 

Spring is here with its beauty, warmth, vibrancy and cheerfulness, the rebirth of nature and the beginning of a new cycle.

It is always a great opportunity for us to follow the natural cycle of nature, to do a decluttering and cleaning not just in our environment, but in our Mind & Heart too.

During these 7 Days we will be using the 7 main meditation techniques to let go of toxic energies in the mind and create space for creative, productive and loving energy, to help us grow and move forward – on our path to Happiness.

Clearing the mind and clearing the heart to gain clarity on our life goals and have more confidence and will-power to make them happen.

I’m sure you have heard a lot of the benefits of meditation and there’s not enough space here to cover them all, just to highlight a few;

  • Mental health: better focus, concentration, improved self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety, fostering kindness
  • Physical health: improve tolerance for pain, can help fight any addiction

In case you can’t make any of the above dates, the sessions will be recorded and there will be a replay link available.
