Description
Chakra activation movements, Guided meditation and Distance Reiki.
During this 1-hour session our intention is to activate the chakras and balance our energy body. We will use chakra activation movements, breathwork and grounding exercises, meditation, and distance Reiki to connect mind, body and spirit and bring balance and wellbeing to our whole selves. By doing so, we will feel happier, healthier, and more confident to achieve our goals and dreams and release any negativity or energy that no longer serves our highest and greatest good. This session will include a connection to nature either via visualisation or by being offered to you from a beautiful space in nature.
