This ReikiMove session will be dedicated to let go of toxic cycles and raise your vibrations for a healthy mind, body and soul! Start the next week feeling fresh, relaxed and confident.
Activate the main energy centres of the body, feel centred and in your power to follow the life path which was meant for you.
The 45 minutes session will include Chakra activation movements, Meditation and Distance Reiki.
Be prepared to make some very gentle light movements of the body. You will only need a small moving space (the size of a yoga mat is perfect). Please also have a comfortable area in mind where you can lie down to relax and meditate.
