Refresh, Revive and Release – Live from Hastings Beach, East Sussex!!
During this early morning 1-hour session our intention is to activate the chakras and balance our energy body. We will use chakra activation movements, breathwork, grounding exercises and meditation along with distance Reiki to connect mind, body and spirit with nature’s energy and bring balance and wellbeing to our whole selves. By doing so, we will feel happier, healthier, and more confident to get on with our day ahead and release any negativity or energy that no longer serves our highest and greatest good. This session, just after sunrise, will be offered to you from the beautiful beach in Hastings, East Sussex live via Zoom so we can connect directly with Reiki alongside the powerful healing energy of the sea and nature.
